I've had a keen interest for years in simplifying my life; clearing out the clutter; finding quicker and easier ways to do things around my home; and now I am really noticing the dire situation our environment is in. The more that I can do to simplify my life, the more that I can reduce the impact my way of life has on the environment. Since then solar panels, both a water tank and a worm farm in my garage and growing veges on my patios have taken up much of my spare time. I've become focused on food - the growing, the making and the eating of it.
